- What is Interstellarindia’s Cancellation Policy?
We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be transferred to your Interstellarindia account and may be reversed back in your Card Account on your request.
Note- But once you have confirmed the order from your end and paid the amount it can’t be reversed.
- Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling or writing to us at sgfashionvault@gmail.com .

Return And Refund
- Change of Mind:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or if you no longer want the product. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order. - Damaged Product:
Please ensure that someone is there at the shipping address . If you receive a damaged package, please DO NOT accept it and mail us at sgfashionvault@gmail.com (11AM – 6PM EST) as soon as possible .Note- You have to mail us within 24 hours. An uncut video of unboxing is compulsory. The refund will only be generated if the product found is damaged and can’t be repaired.Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
